STEPHANIE PURTLE
Psalm 19:14 says, “May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, O LORD, my rock and my redeemer.” I’m not great with words of my own, I lean on the Word of God to help me get across what I’m trying to say. So, I search for songs and hymns that are rich in Scripture, in this way, through music, I know how to give glory and honor to God. I love to hear His people singing and giving him praise in agreement with one another. We were created to worship the Lord! I take this task very seriously.
My desire is to lead people to true worship of Jesus through music. I love to teach children about Jesus, whether I am teaching music or teaching from the Bible. I love to serve and help people, and I do enjoy a challenge. My committment to Christ is passionate and strong and I always try to do what I believe God wants me to do.
Psalm 66:1-4 Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth! Sing out the honor of His name; make his praise glorious. Say to God, “How awesome are Your works! Through the greatness of Your power our enemies shall submit themselves to You; They shall sing praises to Your name.”
